Law firms are juggling high-stakes Gulf data centre deals. Kirkland & Ellis helped close two mega-deals in October alone, including a $40 billion deal to acquire Aligned Data Centers and a Blackstone-backed AirTrunk deal on a $3 billion partnership with Saudi AI HUMAIN.
Fears that a lengthy government shutdown could grind the civil docket to a halt or cause the U.S. Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission to demand more information from merging parties have not materialized, according to Big Law antitrust litigators.
