So we are here today to talk about an issue that was starting to gain some momentum even before Covid, but has since become, I think one of the hottest issues employers are dealing with in the post Covid world. And that is remote or hybrid work arrangements as well as this issue of a four day work week and how that’s going to start to bubble up and get some more attention we think going forward.
