1 The above-named Sarah H.
Bashford has fallen ill and is currently incapable of taking care of
herself. Jamie Vaughan has
now come forward and petitioned the Court for guardianship over Ms. Bashford. This
notice seeks to inform any unknown heirs of Sarah H. Bashford of such petition. The Court
has scheduled a hearing in this
matter for June 20, 2023, at
1:30 p.m. in Morgan County
Common Pleas Court, Probate
Division, located within the Morgan County Courthouse, 19 E.
Main St., McConnelsville, OH
43756.
If you fail to answer or otherwise respond as required by
Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure,
to wit; Rule 4.4, judgement
may be rendered against you
in your absence. Relief sought
from the Court is emergency
guardianship over Ms. Bashford for Jamie Vaughan, so
that Mr. Vaughan may act on
behalf of Sarah Bashford in
her incapacity.
