Rachel Maddow just had the whistleblower and his attorney on explaining as much as they could. This is serious. I would say beyond belief, but I do believe it. It's seriously looks like DOGE is in cahoots with Russia.

What's new is that the whistleblower appeared in person and now we know his name, along with his lawyer.
Daniel Berulis, the whistleblower, told the tale to Rachel about how DOGE personnel set themselves up with new accounts and made it impossible to have what they did be traceable. Before they left, they deleted their accounts.
When they created new accounts, Berulis saw that within 15 minutes, there was access attempted from an IPS address in Russia. They had a valid login and password. However, the system blocked access from outside the United States. And whoever or whatever it was tried at least 20 times.
Berulis was able to monitor data transmission out of the system. Where it went is something else that the DOGE employees blocked or made opaque. Could have been Russia again.
The other incredible part of the story is that Berulis said the government decided to stop using Starlink because all the data going through it was going to Russia. Rachel said that they couldn't confirm the Russia and Starlink story. That was what Daniel Berulis said on air.
