On the morning of the 20th, Hong's agency released an official statement: "Ms. A claimed in additional posts that she confirmed a pregnancy during her relationship with the actor and underwent an abortion surgery, and that she has medical records and ultrasound photos to support this." They continued, "In fact, Ms. A sent the actor an ultrasound photo along with a message saying, 'Shut up before I expose everything,' around 6 a.m. on August 19, 2026.
