Addleshaw Goddard promotes Kate Field to employment partner - businessplus.ie

Law firm Addleshaw Goddard has appointed Kate Field to partner in its Dublin-based disputes & employment practice.

Field is the fifth lawyer that Addleshaw Goddard has made a partner in the past year. In addition, the company has added 12 solicitors.

The announcement comes 12 months after the firm relocated to its larger 28,000 sq ft office at Fitzwilliam No 28 in Dublin.

Over the past three years, Addleshaw Goddard has grown its headcount by more than 20%, rising to 156 people, including 91 lawyers and 32 partners.

Field was previously an employment legal director for Addleshaw Goddard, specialising in dispute resolution and employment law.

She has extensive experience advising clients on complex, contentious and non-contentious matters.

Her practice includes a particular focus on commercial litigation, and she has worked closely with clients across a range of sectors, notably retail and hospitality, advising on all aspects of the employment relationship.

Fields regularly represents clients before the Civil Courts and the Workplace Relations Commission, providing strategic, practical advice on dispute resolution, employment compliance and risk management.
