Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings Inc. is slated to face a jury trial over a False Claims Act whistleblower’s cybersecurity fraud claims starting April 26, a California district said.
The trial will last about 15 days, Judge William B. Shubb of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California said in a Thursday order.
Brian Markus, a former senior cybersecurity director at Aerojet Rocketdyne, alleges the company misled the government about its security practices to gain missile defense and rocket engine contracts.
