Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings Inc. and a whistleblower settled a False Claims Act suit alleging that the company misled the government about its cybersecurity practices to gain missile defense and rocket engine contracts, according to a court filing.
The parties reached a settlement on the second day of trial, April 27, at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, the filing said.
Parties will file a dismissal of the suit within 30 days, according to the filing added to the docket on Thursday.
