OKLAHOMA CITY (KSWO) - Attorney General Gentner Drummond alleges CVS Pharmacy fraudulently obtained funds from taxpayer Medicaid reimbursements.
The complaint alleges the pharmacy violated the state’s False Claims Act by charging Medicaid programs higher prices than the prices charged to the general public.
The complaint is joined by Indiana, Connecticut, and Massachusetts and was unsealed this week after its filing on April 14.
The Attorney General alleges that this fraudulent activity took place from 2016 until at least 2022.
