The image shows Imran Khan seated in a wheelchair in front of a building with a sign reading "Shifa International Hospital Lahore". Rose petals can be seen covering the ground, while medical staff stand on both sides of the pathway.
A similar image was also shared in another Facebook post by a pro-Khan account, which shows a similar scene with pink petals blanketing the ground. The sign on the building reads "Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital".
The image's caption partly reads: "Do you know, O garden of hospital, my beloved is about to arrive?"
These images circulated online after Pakistan's Supreme Court ordered on August 18 that the jailed former prime minister be moved to the Shifa International Hospital within two days following health concerns raised by his lawyers (archived link).
A spokesperson for his party, Pakistan Tahreek-e-Insaf (PTI), initially told AFP he was moved to the hospital, but Information Minister Attaullah Tarar later clarified in an X post that Khan had been taken to the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) during the night between August 20 and 21, citing the "security situation" from his supporters (archived here, here and here).
