Alaska Air Worker Stuck in Federal Court for Wage-and-Hour Suit - Bloomberg Law

An Alaska Airlines Inc. flight attendant failed to convince a federal judge to take another look at her arguments for sending a proposed class wage-and-hour case back to state court.

There was no manifest error in the March order rejecting the worker’s request to remand the case to state court after the airline removed it to a federal forum, so reconsideration isn’t appropriate, the US District Court for the Western District of Washington said Wednesday.
