Francis Chan is the executive director and head of the corporate, commercial and employment practices at Titanium Law Chambers, where he has been instrumental in growing the firm from 5 to 14 lawyers over five years and from a boutique disputes firm to a multi-practice firm with more than 20 practice areas. Admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2013 and a graduate of Singapore Management University, Chan has built a practice spanning commercial litigation, employment and labour law, and corporate commercial work across 13 years in practice.
