Alcoholic Worker Lacks Bias Claim Over Counseling, Work Conflict - Bloomberg Law

A gas plant operator in Texas defeated a former employee’s bid to revive his disability bias lawsuit alleging he was denied accommodation for and fired because of a conflict between his work schedule and court-ordered counseling.
