Partner Allison Anderson has been named a 2026 Rising Star by Law360, an annual recognition that highlights individuals under 40 whose accomplishments and leadership distinguish them among the legal profession's top emerging talent. Anderson was recognized in the Employment category.
The profile highlighted some of Anderson’s recent and career accomplishments, commenting on the “cutting-edge employment issues and labor issues” facing the clients she services. This includes her work on behalf of BioPoint Inc. in a trade secret misappropriation and unfair competition case, which involved her first argument in front of the First Circuit and resulted in a successful outcome for the client, as well as representing Vineyard Wind, the first commercial-scale offshore wind project in the U.S., in negotiations over a project labor agreement.
Looking ahead, she noted that businesses are facing many uncertainties with changes in the labor and employment law landscape and, to be successful, as their advocate, she sees the importance in being agile.
"It's going to require a level of strategy and thoughtfulness about how to come up with solutions that are practical, and that's going to be its own challenge as [] we evolve," she told Law360.
