Altice USA Inc. employees asked a Manhattan federal judge for preliminary approval of a deal to settle their allegations over a data breach that compromised their personal information.
Neville McFarlane and co-plaintiffs claim that the data breach compromised the personally identifiable information of 52,846 current and former employees, including their names, employment information, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, and some driver’s license numbers.
