Amazon H-1B Chaos: Whistleblower Exposes Secret - M9.news

An immigration chaos has been exposed and it is hitting Amazon techies hard. Fragomen, a top US-based immigration law firm that handles visa work for big companies including Amazon, has allegedly caused massive delays and stress for H-1B workers.

So while applicants waited in silence, Fragomen chose to keep them in the dark. The whistleblower also revealed that only the applicants who constantly emailed the company got help while others were ignored.

If these claims are true, this is a disastrous service from one of the biggest law firms in the US. Especially for Indians relying on H-1B visas, such mishandling can mean job loss, legal trouble, or even deportation.
