Analytics Company Inmar Must Face Fired Execs' Sex Bias Case - Bloomberg Law

Inmar Inc. must face gender discrimination, retaliation, and wage claims from two female former executives who alleged the technology company fired high-earning, vocal women and used the Covid-19 pandemic as pretext, a federal court in California said.

Catherine Davis and Julia Rhodes sued Inmar on eight claims. The US District Court for the Northern District of California ruled Monday that five of the claims could proceed, but dismissed three claims with leave to amend.
