ASX tried to hide governance failures from RBA, whistleblower alleges - AFR

A contractor working on a $200 million project at ASX claims he was sacked after he blew the whistle on governance failures that the market operator was allegedly hiding from the Reserve Bank of Australia.

The legal action by Daniel Hooman and his company Scrum Data, lodged in the Federal Court on Friday, is the second case in as many weeks raised by a former employee over concerns at ASX.
