ATO Whistleblower Richard Boyle spared conviction - Australian Broadcasting Corporation

Australian Taxation Office (ATO) whistleblower Richard Boyle has avoided convictions and a jail sentence, seven years after publicly exposing aggressive debt collection practices at his workplace.

After raising concerns about the practices with his employer in 2017, he took the allegations to the ABC's Four Corners program the next year.

Mr Boyle has received a 12-month good behaviour bond after he plead guilty to four charges earlier this year.
