WANA (Mar 23) – The spokesman for Iran’s Foreign Ministry, Esmaeil Baghaei, criticized the United States and Israel for spreading “false narratives” regarding Iran’s missile capabilities, following remarks by the NATO Secretary General rejecting recent Israeli claims of an Iranian missile threat to Europe.
In a post on social media platform X, Baghaei wrote that even the NATO Secretary General — who has been urging alliance members to support U.S. policy and its “illegal war” on Iran — refused to endorse Israel’s latest disinformation.
He added that this highlights the world’s growing fatigue with what he described as “tired and discredited ‘false flag’ storylines.
