The national law firm Baker Donelson has named Russell W. "Rusty" Gray co-chair of the Firm's Labor & Employment Group. He will serve alongside Co-Chair Jennifer K. "Jenni" McCarty, helping guide the Group's strategic direction and continued growth. While serving in this leadership role, Mr. Gray will maintain his legal practice.
Mr. Gray is a shareholder based in the Firm's Chattanooga office. He previously served as managing shareholder of the office, as well as on Baker Donelson's board of directors.
Mr. Gray has more than 25 years of experience representing local, regional and national clients on a wide range of labor and employment and commercial litigation matters.
"Rusty has long been a leader within our Labor & Employment Group, the Chattanooga office and across the Firm," Baker Donelson Chair and Chief Executive Officer Timothy M. Lupinacci said.
