After spending a few days on the run, Bam Margera would turn himself into the police, and he's now professing that he's innocent of the accusations that led to the arrest warrant being issued. This stems from an alleged incident that occurred between Margera and his brother, Jess Margera, who claims he'd been assaulted by his sibling. Jess has also alleged that Bam has been taking methamphetamine, possibly explaining his recent behavior.
After turning himself in, Margera shared an image on Instagram of himself standing outside of the courthouse with a smile on his face. Not only is he claiming that the allegations are untrue, Margera says he will also be suing his brother in addition to getting him evicted from his home.
"I just got out of the courthouse with my lawyers," Margera says in the post. "Everything went great and the false accusations of what my brother says are not true and he will be sued for defamation as well as being evicted from castle bam sooner than later. The reason this happened is because I read his phone saying he wants me back in California and he wants to find a way to 302 me. F*** him."
A subsequent post sees Margera standing outside of an urgent care facility with paperwork in hand. The former Jackass star says that he has tested negative for meth, proving that the "false allegations" his brother made about him are false.
