According to reports, the Bayer-owned biotechnology company eliminated approximately 50 positions last month as it shutters its research labs in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
“[This] strategic decision [will help] streamline our pipeline and organizational structure to focus our resources on [our] priority programs,” a spokesperson told Fierce Biotech.
