Moreland brings decades of experience to the firm’s thriving International & Cross Border Transactions practice, which assists clients with both inbound and outbound transactions and provides counsel for foreign clients in planning and implementing their commercial activities in the United States.

He has more than 10 years of experience practicing law in Brazil and he is a naturalized Brazilian.
