The Berlin regional court has ruled against Deutsche Telekom for its false claims relating to the fibre-optic offering of regional operator DSN:NET in the Berlin district of Altglienicke. In preliminary injunction proceedings, the court ordered Deutsche Telekom to refrain from making statements about DNS:NET and threatened to impose a fine on Telekom of up to EUR 250.000.
