Senate Republicans, with the support of Democrat Joe Manchin (W.Va.), are pushing for a vote to overturn the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s Nov. 5 rule requiring large employers to mandate Covid-19 shots or weekly testing.
The rule has been suspended by a federal appeals court pending further litigation, which has been consolidated and will be heard by another circuit court. OSHA said it asked the court to lift the stay and has suspended enforcement in the meantime.
