Biggie Smalls' son sues producer over false claim he lured him to Diddy 'freak-off' - The Mirror US

Jonathan Hay made allegations claiming that Biggie Smalls' son, Christopher 'CJ' Wallace, participated in 'freak-offs' and had sexual relations with Sean 'Diddy' Combs

Biggie Smalls' son has sued a music producer who claimed he was lured to one of Diddy's "freak off" parties to be sexually assaulted.

Notorious B.I.G.'s son, Christopher "C.J" Wallace, has denied the accusation, which was made by Jonathan Hay during an online interview.

On Wednesday, November 12, Wallace filed a lawsuit against Hay, who was previously known as John Doe, alleging, "Hay acted with actual malice, knowing the statements were false." Wallace is also claiming punitive and compensatory damages in an amount to be determined by a jury.

In the interview, Hay accused Wallace, Willie Mack, and numerous other people of setting him up "to be sexually assaulted by Combs at Wallace’s house and witnessing a supposed sexual assault at his house."

According to documents seen by PEOPLE, Wallace, 29, has also alleged in the lawsuit that Hay made comments saying that he had a sexual relationship and participated in "freak-offs" with Diddy.

He further outlined in the defamation lawsuit documentation, "Hay published the foregoing false, unprivileged statements of fact about Wallace to third parties," adding that Hay acted "with malice" through spreading "false" information.
