Susan Gordon joined us as Head of Employment, Krishna Santra as a partner, and Tina Din as an associate. Susan, Krishna and Tina are each highly regarded employment law specialists who bring with them a wealth of experience and strong reputations, marking a very positive step in the development of our Employment offering.
Susan has 30 years of experience as an employment lawyer and senior HR practitioner. She advises on all aspects of employment law including executive terminations, discrimination, team moves, whistleblowing, and employment disputes. She has particular experience in business restructurings and redundancies, alongside extensive Board, governance and compliance experience.
Krishna is experienced in advising and acting on behalf of employers and employees on both contentious and non-contentious issues. She advises on many areas including disputes involving the misuse of confidential information, breaches of post-termination restrictions, TUPE, and disciplinary and grievance issues, and has expertise in defending high value discrimination claims. She also frequently provides in-house training to managers, directors and HR practitioners.
