BLISSUE Denies Financial, Legal Links to Jisoo's Brother - 조선일보

The agency of BLACKPINK member Jisoo has clarified that allegations of sexual harassment involving her elder brother are "completely unrelated to the artist (Jisoo)."

On the 20th, Attorney Eun Hyun-ho of Kim & Chang Law Firm, the legal representative of Jisoo’s agency BLISSUE, released a statement saying, "The current issue being raised is entirely unrelated to the artist and BLISSUE. The artist became independent early in life while training as a trainee and has lived separately from her family for a long time. She is unaware of and unable to intervene in the personal matters of the individual in question."

Attorney Eun added, "While the artist did receive limited advice and acted as a messenger for some conversations from family members during the preparation phase of establishing BLISSUE, there is no fact that any family member received compensation from BLISSUE or participated in decision-making. Since then, the company has been operated completely independently without any involvement from family members."

Notably, Attorney Eun emphasized that rumors suggesting BLISSUE was "founded through collaboration between the artist and the individual in question" or that "the individual is a member of BLISSUE’s management or CEO" are entirely false. "The individual currently holds no legal or managerial relationship with BLISSUE," the statement clarified.
