Thomas Song joined Buchalter LLP as a partner in its labor and employment practice group in Orange County, the firm announced June 9.
Song represents employers in complex employment litigation and advises on workplace compliance matters across California. He defends employers in wage and hour class actions, PAGA representative actions, and single-plaintiff employment disputes, and has defended against motions for class certification, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and failure to accommodate claims, the firm said.
He joins from Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, according to his LinkedIn profile.
