Burnetts Solicitors LLP has expanded due to a boost in their employment law advisory and training services' popularity.
Over the past two years, the Carlisle-based team has been delivering important and sensitive employment law updates and training sessions in a 'humorous and engaging way', keeping managers and HR teams 'interested and informed'.
As a result of this, and due to Employment Tribunals across the county being overwhelmed by the volume of claims, the team is said to be busier than ever.
Various sectors have sought the team's bespoke, interactive training sessions on numerous topics ranging from equality, diversity and inclusion, managing difficult conversations, menopause in the workplace and developing a workplace that accommodates neurodiversity and other hidden disabilities.
This escalated demand has resulted in team reinforcement with Elliott Chaplin joining as a Solicitor and Annabel Doyle as a Trainee Solicitor.
In addition, Sara Devennie has climbed the corporate ladder from Senior Associate to Legal Director.
