Canadian National Railway defeated an employee’s retaliation lawsuit, after the Seventh Circuit said Wednesday that the employee failed to provide enough evidence that the company retaliated against him because he testified in his brother’s lawsuit against it.
Nazariy Lesiv repaired railcars alongside his brother Lyubomir for Canadian National.
