A California federal district court denied Kern Medical Surgery Center LLC’s motion to dismiss the claims of an arthritic certified nursing assistant alleging disability discrimination, failure to provide reasonable accommodation and failure to engage in the interactive process in violation of the Fair Employment and Housing Act.
