Washington County, Wisconsin is entitled to summary judgment on a 40-year-old female part-time planning and parks analyst’s claims of gender and age discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, after she was terminated for violating an ethics policy, a Wisconsin federal district court ruled.
