The Environmental Protection Agency is entitled to summary judgment on a 58-year-old employee’s claims of retaliation, constructive demotion, and disparate treatment in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act alleging that she was assigned to a junior position after a departmental reorganization, a D.C. federal district court ruled.
