Ulta Salon, Cosmetics and Fragrance, Inc. is entitled to summary judgment on the claims of disability discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, and age discrimination under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and the PHRA, of a 57-year-old prestige sales manager who suffered from anxiety and depression and was terminated for improperly distributing complimentary products known as “gratis”, a federal district court in Pennsylvania ruled.
