A Washington federal district court granted The Boeing Company’s motion to dismiss with prejudice the race discrimination claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, age discrimination claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and hostile work environment claims brought by a White, age-protected employee, finding he failed to plausibly allege facts connecting his age or race to adverse employment actions and failed to demonstrate similarly situated employees outside his protected class were treated more favorably.
