Two administrators at Collin College aren’t entitled to summary judgment on the First Amendment retaliation claims of a professor whose teaching contract wasn’t renewed after she spoke out about the college’s Covid-19 pandemic reopening plans, the removal of Dallas confederate monuments, and her association with a union, a federal district court in Texas ruled.
