ConvergeOne, Inc. is entitled to a preliminary injunction against three of its former employees and Logicalis, a direct competitor, to enforce the terms of their non-compete agreements, a federal court in Kansas ruled. The company argued that the restrictions serve legitimate business interest because the high-level employees had access to confidential information, customer contacts, sales strategies and pricing.
