A California appellate court reversed and remanded a trial court’s grant of summary judgment to the Regents of the University of California on a former chief administrative officer’s claims alleging retaliation after he reported several instances of misconduct related to patient safety in his department in violation of California’s Labor Code, Government Code, and Health and Safety Code.
