Union Home Mortgage Corporation’s motion for partial judgment on the pleadings in denied in part as to a former branch manager’s claim alleging that UHMC tortiously interfered with his his business relationships with customers, potential customers, and business referral sources, a federal court in Ohio ruled. UHMC contends that it was a party, or third-party beneficiary, of all of his business relationships and that, as a matter of law, it cannot interfere with its own relationships.
