Case: Individual Employment Rights/Whistleblowing (D. Or.) - Bloomberg Law

An Oregon federal district court ruled that Lightsmyth Technologies, Inc. and Finisar Corporation are entitled to summary judgment on the retaliation claim under Oregon law of a supply chain manager moved to a manufacturing role, finding that, while she did engage in protected activity by submitting an internal complaint about two supervisors, the companies restructured her role to accommodate her visual disability regardless of whether she engaged in previous protected activity.
