A former Union County Conservation District employee alleging discrimination and violations of the Pennsylvania Whistleblower Law may continue to purse his claim that he was wrongfully discharged in retaliation for his reporting that his agency was improperly processing environmental permits, a federal district court in Pennsylvania ruled.
