JPMorgan Chase & Co. must litigate the claims of a former managing director of its precious metals trading desk alleging retaliation in violation of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act after he cooperated with a DOJ investigation of its compliance program and trading practices, a federal district court in New York ruled.
