A federal district court in Michigan granted in part and denied in part an NLRB regional director’s petition for injunctive relief under Section 10(j) of the National Labor Relations Act against Starbucks Corporation, seeking to enjoin Starbucks nationwide from discharging employees for supporting a labor organization or exercising their protected rights under Section 7 of the NLRA, and requesting interim reinstatement of a fired union activist.
