A federal district court in Wisconsin granted summary judgment to ML Enterprises, a snow removal company in the Milwaukee area, on an employee’s claims that he wasn’t paid all the wages due him during the winter of 2020-2021, in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act. The employee alleged he wasn’t paid overtime premium pay or paid at all for some hours in violation of the FLSA and Wisconsin law, and he also asserted state law breach of contract claims.
