A restaurant operated by Sun & Chang, Inc. is entitled to partial summary judgment on the Fair Labor Standards Act claim of husband and wife employees who alleged they were not paid proper wages and overtime, an Indiana federal court ruled. The employees could not prove that they were individually covered under the FLSA because they did not produce evidence that any credit card transactions they processed went across state lines, the court said.
