A federal district court in Indiana ruled that neither a farmer, nor a temporary farm hand, was entitled to summary judgment on the farm hand’s claims of retaliatory termination under the Fair Labor Standards Act, finding that he adequately alleged a claim of retaliation but that there was a lack of evidence on whether they had an employment relationship.
