The U.S. Court of Federal Claims denied in part the Federal Bureau of Prisons’ motion to dismiss claims of unpaid overtime wages in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Federal Employees Pay Act made by current and former employees alleging they weren’t paid for time spent on required pre- and post-shift activities.
