A federal district court denied a joint motion for approval of a Fair Labor Standards Act and the Kentucky Wage and Hour Act settlement between an employee simultaneously working for both Labtox, LLC and Mountain Comprehensive Care Center, Inc., because of an impermissible confidentiality provision.
